In most elementary schools in North America, classroom activities support most of the multiple intelligence, including art, music, PE, and social skills. However into high school, many fields are dropped and narrowed down into two intelligences: numeric and linguistic. Most activities we do in school are essay writing, debates, and math problems. Activities within the classroom should benefit all the students in the classroom, no matter what sort of intelligence they are proficient in. Last year in World History, we had a project which I thought was appropriate for this issue. We had to write a song, design a currency and a flag, write a constitution, and etc.
Classroom assignments
Even in art, PE, and music classes, we take final exams or unit tests that tests us based on our skill of linguistics. I think these classes should be encouraged to just focus on the corresponding intelligence.
Graduation requirements
In order to graduate, you need a certain amount of credits in different subjects. A failing grade in any of those subjects will hold you back from graduating. I don't see a need to take four years of a subject that they just cannot understand. It is probably certain that the person will not choose a career that has anything to do with the subject anyways. I think graduation requirements should be something that a person shows a high amount of interest and skill in at least one field.
